Widener University Commonwealth Law School welcomes applications from candidates who approach scholarship from a variety of perspectives and methods. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Education/Training and Experience Required):


  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work or teaching experience. 
  • Demonstrated record of academic excellence
  • Demonstrated record of excellent teaching or an ability to become an excellent teacher

  • One or more law review publications or their equivalent;
  • Experience teaching at a law school or in a legal clinical setting;
  • Experience practicing in the area of our current curricular needs; and
