Widener University is currently seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the College of Arts and Sciences to start in fall 2021. Teaching duties will include introductory and intermediate computer science courses in Python and Java, computer science labs, and upper-level courses in the candidate’s area of expertise. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, will be ready to pursue an active research program that will include significant participation by undergraduate students, and will be committed to contribute to departmental, campus and professional service. Associate Vice President and University Controller Chester
Widener University is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as Associate Vice President and University Controller. This position will join a department committed to inclusive practices and welcomes candidates who bring a broad spectrum of thoughts and approaches. Reporting to the Vice President of Administration & Finance, the AVP will be responsible for oversight of all accounting and financial reporting activities. Widener University Delaware Law School is currently seeking an Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, Delaware Law School is committed to creating and fostering a learning environment and community that is welcoming, inclusive, diverse, and equitable for all students, faculty and staff. Reporting to the Dean of Delaware Law School, the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will serve as a key member of the school leadership team whose primary responsibility will be to spearhead the law school’s diversity initiatives and to serve as a liaison among students, faculty and staff related to DEI. This role will serve as the principal expert on developing policies, programming, training, procedures and partnerships to ensure that all community members have fair and equal access to educational and experiential learning opportunities at Delaware Law School.

Widener University is currently seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Physics & Astronomy in the College of Arts and Sciences to start fall 2021.
