The Biology Department at Widener University is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for the Fall semester of 2019 (start date August 2019) to teach Food Science II (SCI 209) for non-science majors. Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree, ABD or PhD in Biology or closely related major and some previous teaching experience.
